Blood Clots
Thrombus is the medical name used for the blood clots in artery or vein. Blood clot is the final product of the blood coagulation step in homeostasis. Blood clot is a natural part of healing.
It is a very dangerous and harmful disease caused when the blood clots travel through the blood vessels. It is caused when the blood vessels get damaged. It is very dangerous life threatening disease. It may also result in heart attack, stroke, severe leg pain and difficulty in walking etc.
Blood clots may be caused in lower legs, thighs, or pelvis. Blood clots block blood circulation through veins which carries blood from the back to the heart.

The symptoms are the affected legs might swell, get red, and feel tender or warm. It also includes difficulty in standing on the affected legs and sharp shooting pains that may reach the foot. The calves may pain when you walk. And it causes dilation on the surface veins. The limb may appear white and weak in addition with pain. Swelling in one leg or both legs is the main symptom for blood clots. And red or discolored skin in the legs is also a symptom for blood clots. Leg fatigue may also occur as a symptom of blood clots.
Generally the blood clots will show the symptoms like the heart attack symptoms. It always starts with the symptom of chest pain. The pain may occur in the center of the chest and gradually moves towards the jaw, back and arms. Sometimes the pain may stay in abdominal region. There will be tightness in the chest. The heart beat might get rapid or changing. And chest pain might be occurring. Breathlessness is also a symptom for blood clots. Pain in jaw may occur. You may find difficult to catch breathe and your left arm may get hurt. The feel of heartburn may occur. The feel of vomit may also occur. Nausea is also a symptom for blood clot.
The effect of blood clots which cause stroke will have some symptoms like confusion, slight headaches, inability to move the one side of body and problems with balance. This also includes the paralysis or loss of sensation in one side of the face, arms and cause blindness. The person affected by this stroke because of blood clots may have speech problems. Speech problems in the left hand side of the brain may occur.
When the blood clots reaches to lungs it also cause symptoms similar to heart attack. It includes difficulty in breathing, chest pain, rapid breathing, occasionally coughing. coughing may also occur. It may cause coughing blood.
Inflammation in the surface veins may also occur as the symptom of blood clots. This may cause discomfort and pain. Sudden unclear vision or double vision may occur. Pressure or fullness in the chest may also occur. If the blood supply is lost to an area in intense to pain it is the symptom for blood clots. Severe lightheadedness may also occur as a symptom for blood clots. Difficult to bear weight will also cause because of blood clot. Weakness and dizziness are also the symptoms for blood clot.
When these symptoms occur you may consult the doctor and follow some regular exercise patterns.
